If at all possible, send high resolution images. The website editor will convert them to a form suitable for web use.

Copyright

As I put stuff on the site, I try to find out who owns the copyright. This is especially important for images.
All images are watermarked to make them useless if downloaded.
If known, the watermark will be the copyright holder. If not, they are marked 'RAF Seletar' or similar.
